Organizations

The parent breed club is the Club des Amis du Beauceron. Its website offers a lot of information on the breed, albeit all in French, except for the breed standard, which is also listed in English.
The Club des Amis du Beauceron holds an annual all Beauceron show called the Nationale d'Élevage, show that attracts over 600 participants from different parts of the world. The show results and photographs of the top dogs are published on their website; they can be of great assistance to breeders in determining what to strive for. Click here to view photographs.
The Bas Rouge magazine is published by the Club des Amis du Beauceron four times per year and contains a wealth of information, including photographs and show results of both, conformation and performance trials. It also includes measurements and hip clearances of the dogs.
The largest Beauceron Pedigree Database in the world contains in excess of 26,000 names of Beaucerons, and is an excellent easy to use resource.
